The new sabre olympic coach from Hungary

Coaching experience:
From 2013 to 2014 years I was coaching junior saber fencers at MTK Budapest as assistant coach to Gabor Gardos the head coach of the Hungarian national team of women sabre and coach to two of the best fencers of the world. I assisted Gabor in coaching  András Szatmáry (world champion in 2017, silver medalist at the 2016 Olympics, member of the Hungarian selection) and Olympian Anna Márton. I was also taught saber coaching technique by Tibor Pezsa through these years.
From May 2018 through December 2019 at the Way of the Sword in Ridgefield, CT.

Achievements:

1980 – 1990 I was 10 times Hungarian champion in saber fencing, out of which:
– 8 team gold medals
– 2 individual gold medals
1988 European champion in individual saber fencing (at 17 year old)
1988 world championship bronz medal individual saber (at 17 year old)
1989-1990 member of the Hungarian selection.
